Booking & Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings will be confirmed by email. Confirmation are sent during office hours Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:00 Sat 9:00 - 12:00. For last minute bookings (evening or weekend) please contact the reception desk to give you credit card details and receive a confirmation by phone +44(0)207243 1810. We reserve the right to decline bookings in case of over booking or problems with credit card. We will send all communication via email provided.
- All changes and cancellations to bookings of less than 7 nights must be made at least 48 Hrs. in advance or suffer a cancellation fee of one night. A deposit of one night will be charged on your credit card once your booking is confirmed. For any cancellation done more than more than 48 Hrs before arrival date the deposit will be refunded less 5% administration fee.
- Booking of 7 nights or longer - a non-refundable one night fee will be charged on your credit card once your booking is confirmed. All changes and cancellations to bookings of 7 nights and longer must be made at least one week in advance or suffer a cancellation fee of 2 nights.
- We require payment on arrival. Payment by credit cards (except UK Debit Cards/Switch) is subject to a surcharge of 3%.
- If you have booked an extra bed, please note that the bed is a folding bed, ideally suited to children. The room may be crowded with this arrangement.
- Breakfast is not included in the price. Breakfast can be booked together with the room booking or may be purchased at the reception at any time.
- Check in time start at 14:00. Check Out time is 10:30.
- In our strive to improve and upgrade our facilities to satisfy all our guest we undergo refurbishment working in some parts of the hotel. We do our best to ensure guest will not be affected by work. However some of the rooms and guests might be affected with noise. These rooms are sold at a special discounted rate. If you have any doubts please contact our reception desk.
